A friend posted
this on Facebook today. It hit a nerve. "Make time for exercise...You need it as much as the people around you need you to get it." I do not like exercise. It doesn't like me. But I LOVE my family and they need me to be healthy. Exercise is part of a living a healthy life. So as much as I dislike exercise I need to move it up on my priority list. Starting today, exercise is a priority and not an after thought. Exercise cannot be an "IF I feel like it" decision.
